We offer distinct return timeframes based on the reason for your return:
- Defective, Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items: You must inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if you find an item is defective, damaged, missing components, or if you received the wrong product. Please see the 'Damages and Issues' section below for how to report this. Timely reporting is essential for eligibility.
- Change of Mind / Other Reasons: For returns due to reasons other than defects, damage, or errors (e.g., you ordered incorrectly, changed your mind), you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return via our returns portal: pmcjewellery.returnscenter.com.
Return requests submitted outside these specified timeframes cannot be accepted.
Conditions for 100% Refund (When Reported Appropriately):
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery (reported within 24 hours) - we offer a 100% refund.
- If the incorrect product was delivered (reported within 24 hours) - we offer a 100% refund.
- If you did not receive your order for any reason - we offer a 100% refund.
- If an item or component is missing from your order (reported within 24 hours) - we offer a 100% refund for the missing item.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. The condition requirements depend on the reason for return:
- For Defective, Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items (Reported within 24 hours): The item should be returned with all parts and original packaging where possible. We understand that discovering a defect or damage may require opening the packaging or breaking a seal; returns for items reported within the 24-hour window will be accepted even if opened or seals are broken, provided our inspection confirms the issue was present upon delivery and not caused by customer misuse or improper installation (note specific LCD screen installation requirements below).
- For 'Change of Mind' Returns (Requested within 7 days): The item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unused, unopened, with all original tags and seals intact, and in its original, resalable packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals do not qualify for a 'change of mind' return.
- Warranty Seals: For any return type, if an item has a specific manufacturer's warranty seal that has been broken (distinct from packaging seals), this may void the manufacturer's warranty; please contact us if unsure.

- Enter your order number and email to begin the return request.
- Follow the prompts to complete your return request.
Specific Product Notes: LCD Screens
While we thoroughly test our LCD screens before shipping, occasional issues may arise during installation. To ensure a successful installation, we recommend seeking professional assistance. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under our warranty or return policy for defective items. Please include an invoice image from a professional technician if claiming an LCD screen was faulty upon arrival, for your return to be approved under the 'defective item' condition.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving authorization for a return will not be accepted.
'Change of Mind' Return Details
Please note for change of mind returns (e.g., I made a mistake, ordered incorrectly): These do not qualify for a full refund. For approved 'change of mind' returns, we will charge a 15% handling and restocking fee. The buyer must also arrange and pay for sending the item(s) back to our dispatch warehouse in the required unopened/unused condition.
Product Description Issues
If you believe you have received a product that is significantly different from what is written in the description (and it's not the wrong item entirely), please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss eligibility for return/refund.

Cancellation Policy
You can request to cancel your order by submitting a request via email to sales@pmcjewellery.co.za
- Before Shipping: We can only guarantee cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped from our dispatch warehouse.
- After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. If you wish to return the order after it has shipped, you must wait to receive it and then initiate a return request through our returns portal (pmcjewellery.returnscenter.com) within the applicable timeframe (7 days for change of mind). Such returns will be treated as 'Change of Mind' returns (unless the item is faulty and reported within 24 hours), meaning a handling/restocking fee of up to 15% will apply, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if an item is defective, missing components, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item. Timely reporting within this 24-hour window is crucial for us to evaluate the issue, make it right, and process your return under the conditions for faulty/incorrect goods (which may allow for opened items, see 'Eligibility for Return'). Contact us at help center with your order details and a description/photo of the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items of a personal nature cannot be returned (Roll-on, clothing, etc.).
Please note that for items eligible for return, the condition requirements differ based on the return reason (see 'Eligibility for Return'). While 'Change of Mind' returns require items to be unopened and seals intact, this does not apply to items confirmed as defective or damaged upon arrival when reported within 24 hours. Spare parts products cannot be returned if installed to a mobile phone and found to be working after installation. Not all return or cancellation requests will be granted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the process above. Once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not based on the policy conditions. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
