Welcome to the PMC TechLife Help Centre. Below are answers to common questions about ordering, payment, shipping, returns and warranties. Our South African-based support team is available weekdays via email and WhatsApp. For a fuller searchable knowledge base, visit support.pmctechlife.co.za.

Ordering & Payment

  • Browse or search the store, add items to your cart, and check out securely. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Checkout uses secure payment processing. The payment methods available for your order are displayed in the cart and at checkout.
  • Need a formal invoice or corporate quote? Complete your customer profile with your billing and delivery address, then email us the product links you need.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping cost: Shipping is included on all orders delivered within South Africa. No separate shipping fee is added at checkout.
  • Fulfilment network: Orders are prepared and dispatched through our China / Hong Kong fulfilment partners.
  • Processing: Allow 1–3 business days before carrier handover. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
  • Transit: Average transit after dispatch is 5–10 business days. The available shipping method and method-specific transit estimate for your delivery address are displayed in the cart and confirmed at checkout.
  • Customs and DDP: Orders up to and including R2,000 that ship from China via Fastway Agent (YunExpress) use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so import duties and taxes are included. Aramex and DHL are not DDP. For any other method, the duty status displayed at checkout applies.
  • When duties are payable: For orders over R2,000, or whenever the checkout method is identified as duties excluded, applicable import duties and customs-clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. The courier will contact you if payment is required before delivery.
  • Tracking is emailed after the carrier accepts your parcel. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Fulfilment Network page.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • Change of mind: Request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original resalable condition, and include its original packaging, accessories and documentation.
  • Change-of-mind return cost: The customer pays return shipping. Items must be returned to their original dispatch warehouse, so internationally fulfilled products may require international return shipping. Approved returns do not carry a handling or restocking fee.
  • Defective or faulty goods: Eligible defective goods are covered for 6 months from delivery. For a confirmed defect, you may request a refund, replacement or repair.
  • Defective-item return cost: PMC TechLife covers return shipping for confirmed defective items through our South African returns process.
  • Approval and inspection: All returns require prior authorisation. Returned items may be inspected after receipt before a claim or refund is approved.
  • Refund timing: Once a refund is approved, PMC TechLife processes it to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect it.
  • Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item through the Returns Centre and place a new order for the replacement product.
  • Start an authorised return through our Returns Centre. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link by email after the carrier accepts your parcel. You can also view your orders from your account. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us so we can investigate.
