The Lead-Acid Battery Version 12V Digital Display DIY Battery Spot Welding Machine Pen Control is designed for spot welding nickel plating sheets and battery connections. It is suitable for applications such as welding lithium cylindrical batteries and nickel sheets in various thicknesses.
- Welding Capability: 6 square pen for 0.05-0.2 mm nickel plating sheet, 10 square pen for 0.05-0.3 mm nickel plating sheet
- Output Power: 99 adjustable output power settings
- Current: 2390A maximum current using 5 MOS transistors
- Welding Principle: High current and high temperature melting of nickel foil
- Components: Two copper bars for increased over-current capacity
- Welding Materials: Supports welding of nickel sheet, iron sheet, stainless steel sheet
- Battery Compatibility: Suitable for lithium cylindrical batteries (14650/17490/18650/21700/26650/32650) and Ni-MH batteries
- Display: Digital tube display
- Power Supply: Requires old lead-acid battery (12V20AH-100AH), new battery must not exceed 45AH
